備考

焼き物,煮付,佃煮,から揚げ,汁物にされる(宮崎 2012; 尼岡ほか 2020).Kinziger et al. (2005)は本種とエゾハナカジカを「Cephalocottus Clade」とした.本サイトではエゾハナカジカをCephalocottus属に移したため,本種の学名も変更した.
